Dr Hyer was incredibly supportive towards my daughter. He had a very good rapport with her and me, and he and made us feel very reassured that she was getting the best care despite the difficult environment (with Covid-related constraints). He helped us to understand her diagnosis and treatment fully and remained very responsive to communications throughout.

Took my 15 year old son to see Dr Hyer with his medical condition which had been going on for a few weeks and making us feel very anxious. After seeing him, he very promptly arranged the appropriate investigations to work out a diagnosis and management plan. When dealing with our children's illness, it does make both the young patient and parents very anxious and he dealt with us very professionally but also with very appropriate humour to make both my son and me feel at ease and feel assured going through his tests. Fortunately we haven't had to us the NHS much and really impressed with the care we got from him and his team at Northwick Park Hospital. Thank you to his whole team at Northwick park

I am so happy that i found Dr Hyer and The Polyposis Registry to care for my son. I had a bad experience at another hospital that made me lose my trust in them. On the other hand, Dr Hyer was very professional, friendly and explained everything in a way i could understand but more importantly my 12 year old son. We travelled 4 hours for a procedure by him and his team and i would do it all again tomorrow if we had to. My son has a bad phobia of bowel prep medicine but we were made to feel that this wasn't a huge issue and he was extremely supportive. In no way were we made to feel like a burden. I feel lucky to now have my son under his care.

Incredible. He was so kind and on my son's level that I could have hugged him.
